Breathwork Coaching

Our breath is always present, but sometimes we forget. With this technique you breathe without pause, in and out. You’ll make a journey to your inner world, by keeping your awareness on your breath. Consciously connected. By doing this you connect your body and mind, and you step out of your story.

When we experience difficult situations we sometimes tense up, and that tension can stay around for a long time. It’s possible to walk around with mental, emotional or physical weight without being conscious about it. I’m there to guide you back to yourself, to where you have left. Let yourself be surprised about your breath, every time is completely different.

By connecting like this with your body all kinds of emotions can be released that were stuck, which are harder to reach in your daily routine. Your stress level drops. You’re giving your body the space to release the tension completely. Without this weight you’ll be able to feel free again, and have a clear mind.

Conscious Connected Breathing

For me?

For everyone who wants to get to know themselves a little better. When you’re stuck, when you don’t know what to do any more. When you want to give yourself a gift. Or just when you need a tune-up.

The Connected Breath is beautiful and almost always applicable. To connect again with your core, your source of joy. Without having connection with yourself, it’s difficult to deeply connect with others.

We may take our time to be in connection with our bodies, a wonderful instrument of Consciousness. When we become conscious of what we feel, we’re able to better understand what moves us, why we do what we do. By feeling what’s going on inside, you can step out of entangled thoughts and come back into a state of peace.

The range of what is felt is different for everyone. When you realise that nothing makes you happy anymore, or that the world doesn’t impact you, it’s possible you’re blocking yourself on an unconscious level. By breathing consciously you can release that block and you’ll flow again. Your dynamic range of feeling becomes big again, and even bigger. More love, more colour in your life.

Feeling is something you do with your body, with your nervous system. When you’re in survival mode you’re more likely to experience everything as stiff, difficult and even dangerous. Everything costs energy, fatigue and frustration. By connecting again with the body you bring tranquility back into it, your stress level lowers. This way you free your body to let the energy flow again, you give yourself space to do new things and you don’t have to defend yourself anymore.
