For years I have worked behind the curtains. Literally and figuratively. As a sound engineer I could put my attention in something without being seen. I have had a lot of great experiences with this job, but after a while I noticed that I wanted something else. Something was missing. I was raised in a family with love, but also with challenges in which I felt very lonely. By unwinding these challenges inside of me, I got in much deeper connection with myself.

Once upon a time I woke up in the middle of the night. Panic. Tears were rolling over my cheeks. This was the night that I decided to do everything differently. The years before this turning point I was completely out of connection, with myself but also with the world. I lived behind a thick mask, everything was a blur. The only thing I knew was that there was another way. That I didn’t need to feel that way. My heart open and aimed on love. The beginning of a transformation.

Ever since I have been a little boy my system has been very sensitive. My adventure has been to bring this sensitivity home, to understand it and to completely embody it. By peeling of layer by layer of the illusions of which I believed in, I discovered that this sensitivity is an enormous power. This is what I can share with you.

The Connected Breath is an amazing intrument to reconnect. How beautiful is it to be in connection? To come home every time with an unsuspected transformation, a healthier body and mind, and a full heart is golden.
